Consultations

How does a remote consultation work?
You write to me on WhatsApp or through the form, describing your situation in a few words. We then agree on an exchange - messages, audio or call - in complete discretion. Depending on the case, I point you to the right approach and, if needed, the preparation that goes with it.
Do I have to be in Benin to consult you?
No. I support both people in Benin and the diaspora, anywhere in the world. Everything is done remotely: the exchange over WhatsApp, then the possible shipping of the product by tracked parcel.
Do my exchanges stay confidential?
Yes, without exception. Your situation, your identity and your orders are never shared or mentioned to third parties. Parcels are sent in neutral packaging, with no mention of the contents.
How long before I get a reply?
Within 24 hours in the vast majority of cases, including weekends. If your request is urgent, say so in your very first message on WhatsApp.

Orders & delivery

Do you deliver to Europe and North America?
Yes - France, Belgium, Canada, USA and West Africa, with discreet, tracked shipping. The exact time and cost are confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch.
How do I place an order and pay?
There is no online cart: everything goes through WhatsApp. You tell me the product you want, I confirm the final price and shipping cost, then together we agree on the payment method suited to your country.
Is the shipping discreet?
Always. The parcel is neutral, with no mention of the contents or the nature of the activity on the outside. You receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.

Products & traditions

Do your products replace medical treatment?
No, in no way. The products and practices presented belong to Beninese tradition and spirituality. They are described according to their use in certain traditions and are neither a medical treatment nor a guarantee of results. For any health concern, consult a qualified health professional.
Where do the products come from and how are they prepared?
Everything is prepared by hand in Benin, in West Africa, from plants, barks and materials gathered according to the ways handed down. Each preparation follows the inherited protocol, with no shortcut or improvisation.
Do I have to believe in Vodoun to use these products?
These practices belong to a specific cultural framework, that of Beninese tradition. They go against no religion and require no conversion. What matters, in the tradition, is the clarity of intention and respect for the indicated protocol.
How do I know which product fits my situation?
The simplest thing is to talk about it. Describe your situation to me on WhatsApp: I will guide you to the right approach, which does not always involve a product.
